How to get the most from your canister
If you haven't used a helium canister before to inflate balloons there is the potential to loose helium if the balloon is not applied over the inflation nozzle correctly. When you collect your helium canister we will demonstrate how to inflate a latex balloon to minimise any potential helium wastage.
Terms of hiring a canister
A hire agreement form will need to be completed for the duration of the hire. In addition we require a holding deposit which is fullly refundable on the return of the canister.
Should however the canister :
- be returned late an additional charge may be taken - unless prior notification has been arranged.
- be damaged on return we reserve the right to use the holding deposit to replace / repair any damaged item.
- not be returned we reserve the right to retain the holding deposit.
All of our canisters are hired full - we do not hire partially filled canisters. There is no refund given for returned canisters that are partially used.
How far in advance do you need to think about placing your order
We recommend that orders are placed and helium reserved at least 7 - 10 days prior to your event as we cannot guarantee canisters will be available.
